Dear guests, we invite you to read our internal regulation
to observe during your stay for common sense and mutual respect.

Upon arrival at the facility, valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) must be handed in, necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and authorizes us to request immediate abandonment of the Guest House. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Following the booking, the payment of the stay will be made with the credit card communicated within 5 days prior to the expected arrival date if the "Standard Rate" is selected, within 24 hours of booking if the "Non-refundable Rate" is selected. To prove the vs. payment we will issue a receipt certifying the amount and data of your stay.

The amount of the tourist tax will be compulsorily added to the daily rate of your room, as required by the Municipality of Rome, equivalent to the amount of 5.00 euros per person per night (excluding children under 10 years of age).

CHECK IN takes place from 14.00 to 20.00, except for different needs of our guests which will be evaluated upon request.

Communication regarding the arrival time and any delays is welcome.

CHECK OUT is scheduled for 10.00 am therefore the rooms must be vacated no later than the indicated time.

It is not possible to accommodate animals.

Breakfast is served inside your room or outside in the courtyard of the structure depending on the weather conditions.

The cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is carried out daily from 08.30 to 11.00, if the rooms are occupied during this time, they will be cleaned the following day.

Change of bed linen and towels takes place every 3 nights or on request with supplement (bed linen € 8, towel change € 5). The linen is always replaced when the guest changes.

By law it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and communion areas.

We invite guests to always close doors and windows and store valuables in the safe in each room. The guest house declines any responsibility for the theft or damage of objects of your property left in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Any damage caused to the structure must be declared and compensated immediately to the guest house manager.

It is requested to observe silence in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00.

It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those residing there. The use of the keys is exclusive to guests staying in the facility.

Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

It is recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room.

The booking request can be made through the site functions. You will receive a booking confirmation email with precise and detailed information about your stay.

After having made the booking request, the PRE CHECK-IN option can be selected through which you can send us the information for each guest by entering the requested data by pressing on the wording "SAVE INFORMATION CHECK-IN". The photo of the document is not mandatory but welcome.

Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the privacy policy accepted at the time of booking.

The day before your arrival you will receive an email containing information on the SELF CHECK-IN procedure through which you can access the facility independently.

The cancellation request will be free if received within 5 days of the expected arrival date, otherwise the hotel will retain the amount of the first night.

The cancellation request must be sent via the "Request Cancellation" button on the page that will open via the link in the email you received as booking confirmation or by email to info@domuspinciana.com. 

In case of no-show, the property will retain the entire amount of the stay

In case of early departure with respect to the established date, no refunds are foreseen.
